Re: not quite the end - this is ridiculous!

I have been dealing with what i thought was acne
but learned was staph and impetigo
Turmeric is good internally as a powder, drink with carrot or orange juice
(make your curry extra strong with turmeric)
or topically with coconut oil, as a mask before a shower,
but the stuff stains everything
and
then i have been having good results with hydrogen peroixide
in a facial steamer. the high temp kills bacteria, ect, and the oxidation does 2
this is good for cleaning the nose in the same way
it can kill a cold coming on by putting it in your ear, waiting
for it to stop bubbling and do the other ear...
so ive been using it in the facial steamer with about a cap full
its worth a try...
