Re: not quite the end - this is ridiculous!

hi,

Been reading some of your posts. The Herring Law of Healing says that you will relive past illness reversing in the order you first experienced it. According to your descriiptions it sounds like it is going deep to find the old infections. The fact that it is coming out through the skin for me redflags your elimination system. Everything will try to take the path of least resistance. This is also good news in that it is doing it's best to clear. I think it is important for us to not just try to "attack" this as the enemy that we must conquer. In order for the healing to successfully progress we need to make sure all aspects of our body are online. So that includes, assimilation - (stomach, GI tract), elimination - (colon, kidney, liver, skin & lungs), immune defense ( spleen & white blood cells ), circulation ( blood & lymphatic ), & communication ( nerves & hormones- chemical receptors). If any one of these links in the circuit are weak or not functioning then the body will get worst rather than gradually better with any of our interventions. Look at the whole not just the body as a machine.

Some things you may want to add to your routine are salt baths/ rubs, saunas, dry skin brushing to boost the clearing thru the skin. You may consider rebounding or some light exercise to help stimulate the lymphatic system. You might even want to try some aromatherapy to address lungs & skin detox esp with your sinuses being a target area. As to the others, I think most of us cover those bases.

Think of the stress load you are carrying, not just from the physical detox standpoint. Don't be too hard on yourself. Give yourself a break. Ultimately we need to listen to our own bodies & the messages they are trying to give us. Whether you attack it in zealous fashion or take a well deserved break for ourself &/or body, there is no right or wrong way. All paths lead to Rome. As someone else mentioned about the race between the tortoise & the hare ~ slow & steady ultimately wins the race.

Blessings,
Rainbowessence
