What I would say and perhaps JAB wil agree with me here
Lugols absolutelty essential at least two drops a day and check out the Iodine supplementation forum for more advice,
Between the Silver Puppy and zapper, probably the Silver Puppy as zapping requires time and following zapping at intervals though it may work well and you really should consider getting one in future. could be great for asthma
I don't have a SP and not sure how to best use CS with sinuses, whether to sniff it up, there is a forum though also that you can ask on.
The others are up to you but probiotics and good nutrition are of course also needed
