I actually heard it from the same person, elaine did a lot of research into just matters. I have had it confirmed a few times when IBD patients have taken VSL3 (very high in bifido) and be thrown into massive flairs, I myself have taken VSL3- it did not do my immune system any good, I had lots of inflammatory problems from it.
