Re: Chronic FAtigue

FYI

I've read a lot of literature on bidifus being a rather nasty bacterium. present in infants, however generally does not persist into adulthood. As far as bacteria go it is fairly aggressive, there have been quite a few cases of bifido bacteria probitic supplements putting people with IBD into 'flairs' of the disease.

I had great success in curing myself of the chronic fatigue with the Specific carbohydrate diet. In my opinion any treatment of this kind of illness should start with diet, then lifestyle. Some of us simply do not cope well with the frankly unnatural world we have come to live in. The human body has an amazing ability to heal itself, and genetically we are all pretty healthy thanks to natural selection, of course if the body is already taxed by a poor diet it is liable to fall by the wayside.

By the way, I think asking about chronic fatigue in the parasites forum is a bad idea if you want a balanced view on the condition!
