It has been 22 hours and no stones. I think I blew it with the coffee mate in the coffee. I have not been able to give up coffee yet. The label on the coffee mate says zero fat. I went by that.....then tonight I read closer and the ingredients says canola oil, blah blah, so I think that is why I got no stones out this time. I guess I will wait a few days and try again or if I can wait until I finish the parasite cleanse, I will do that. I know I still have stones. Thanks for your response.
