I was only sore after the third flush..I am still blaming the Epsom Salts , which probably had nothing to do with it!
I don't know if I will take this Stone Free or not. The time I tried to use it for pain, (the day after the flush) I had neon orange on the toilet paper. It kind of scared me. The Stone Free has tumeric in it, I wonder if that is what caused the neon orange? I am still so new to this whole thing and I know nothing about all the stange colors that can come out. I will sure remember what you said about using heat to relive the brusied feeling. I felt so cruddy then, that I did not even take a bath. Thanks so much!
