Re: Liver flush advice please?To Paint Lady

Whoa......what a miserable thing I am now....its the next morning here, about 5:00AM. I got about two hours sleep and woke with nausea which improved for a bit when I got out of bed. I wonder if there is anything I can do, short of trying to take the Epsom Salts again.....I am scared to do this since I am really nauseated still yet. I am sipping diet coke now. It has been over 7 hours since I drank the olive oil and lemon juice. Half a cup of the lemon, little more of the oil. This is my fourth flush. I cannot stand the smell of the peppermint oil, I did that last time for nausea and I think it actually made the nausea worse. All suggestions appreciated. Thanks.
