Nothing much you can do about the morning nausea. I only had that with my first flush. Don't take more Epsom Salts till after the nausea is gone. Make sure to take the food slow today, as though recovering from the flu or something. Hopefully your back is better. Peppermint tea aids digestion, and can relax the esophagus so much that it makes some people burp, but if you can't stand the smell I wouldn't go for it.
