It doesn't work that way, it is a protocol, in fact most anti-cancer diets don't work that way--in other words in doing any protocol you need to learn and understand what is suggested in doing the complete program. Anyway, if you look at my other responses to Budwig questions I gave the websites where you can learn all you want.
