The FDA lies. Stevia is considered safe and even beneficial in most of the rest of the world. In the US, the FDA is just running the usual protection racket to protect it's industry friends from the competition of a a safe sugar substitute while maintaining that the evil Aspartame is safe. While cancer feeds on sugar, it does not feed on Stevia.

Yes, I would agree that organic cottage cheese would be an even better choice. Most all organic cottage is low fat. Be sure to check the ingredients list for both yoghurt and cottage cheese to make sure they do not contain soy or canola.
Thanks for the input, you have given some good suggestions.

I am the moderator of this forum jck91766 and as such feel that it is incumbent on me to offer additional and complimentary advice where appropriate as well as point out disagreements when I think the advice is not good. Technically, you actually do need my approval, jck91766.
If you do not like how this forum or any other open public forum operates in regards to posts and comments, you are free to find another site more to your liking or else seek to get a private forum of your own.
Now, as moderator I will add this warning: any more argumentative posts, outbursts and/or petty displays on your part will end your worries about my approval or disapproval because I will promptly ban you from this forum.
Kind regards.

I can understand your objections to some of the things jck91766 does, but I can assure you that he is definitely not a mainstream tool or apologist and he continues to enjoy posting privileges in this forum. I am hoping the he will read Parazapper's post and follow those suggestions, as well as put aside personal conflicts and grievances and restrict his posts to contructive advice in the future. Personally I think that his intentions are good ones when it comes to contributing to this forum - they just get lost sometimes in the side issues and conflicts.
As a further note to whomever it may apply to, it is not appropriate to disclose or discuss private messages and emails, no matter how objectionable one may find them. If one disagrees with such messages, then they should voice their disagreement the same way they received the message - privately. Likewise if one disagrees with information that is posted in a support forum they should state their objections without attacking the messenger and hopefully do so in only a couple of posts without causing a prolonged debate to ensue.
Now, hopefully we can get dispense with the war of words and personalities and get back to the intent of this forum - providing support and information for alternative methods of healing cancer.
Thanks,
DQ
I am pretty much an open book here and elsewhere on the net. No, I have no relationship with the Gerson forum and cannot recall actually posting there except when a message was cross posted in other forums. I am, however, a huge fan of the late great Max Gerson. It is a pity that some clinics use his name while providing substandard treatment at premium prices.
As for being a father - yes, I have a 29 year old son whom I love more than life itself. At least when I am not wanting to strangle him.

Although there is evidence that some grains may help against some forms of cancer, in general I think the jury is still out on the wisdom of consuming grains while fighting cancer and I do not personally recommend poeple who are involved in such a fight to consume grains other than fermented or sprouted grains that are not genetically modified.
Once the cancer has been defeated, the addition of organic granola would be fine, in my opinion - though I note that many people do use granola with the Budwig diet.
