Granted, if they wrote that, it was not very civil and is reprehensible. That aside, neither of you is acting maturely in this case.

Not intending to be critical here but only offering the following as a note for those who may not be aware.

You may not be aware, but writing in all caps is the equivalent of shouting. All caps should generally be limited to one ot two words or to a short phrase.

Also, it is not proper to place the entire message in the subject followed by n/m except in rare cases. Generally, if it is not worthy of a text discussion in the message, it is not worthy of a subject.

A n/m or a "no message" is usually reserved for comments that do not bear additional discussion, such as Thanks.

There are several places on the internet where protocols and etiquette are published.

Since most, if not all, of us are here to help other, lets try to provide support where needed and avoid the personal conflict and strife.
