Lets try and be rational here shall we?

No one but no one has special privileges, unless that is a moderator or the person/s who operate their own forum. This privilege extends only to the forum to which they are the owner.
Privileges are also extended to the Webmaster who of course has the ultimate privilege of implementing the TOS.

Replies to posts are offered (by the majority of us) in the spirit of altruistic advice and potential constructive critique of other members posts, and the information contained therein.

Tony is a well respected member of curezone who has no special privileges (except on his own forum) and where I would normally critique his own posts as I would of any other members. Public posts are there to be replied to publicly, and that is exactly the case as it stands. Quite a normal practice for curezone.

No one is therefore playing judge, jury & executor, and where my own involvement is for the most part extremely impartial to everyone concerned. That includes you as well.!!

I will leave you to decide whether I am able to think for myself, unless you believe that Tony has dictated this answer to you for me.
