Re: Black splinters coming out of face? What is it? Help

Maybe it's just lead or something, heavy metal related. I used to see little stuff like that in my skin before I chelated. Little shards of black stuff coming out through the pores now and then. Haven't seen any since chelating real good. I did a few months IV chelation EDTA/DMPS. I eat lots of cilantro and garlic otherwise.

I had all sorts of weird spots clear up on my skin after chelation. Greyish spots near my ankles/shins especially.

I have also been doing parasite cleanses but it seems that type of stuff mainly went away with chelation for my high lead, cadmium, and mercury.

You might consider food grade diatomaceous earth to clean from the inside out, good for overall cleansing daily, eat it. And Black-Walnut hull tincture.

I'd drop the chemicals asap they will destroy your skin, dry it out and make it unable to function proper... takes years to recover from. the problem is usually inside, not on the surface of your face. If you want Acne and pimples to go away it's real important to keep your sking soft, not dry it out especially with chemicals.

Try mixing 1/3 apple cider vinegar (unfiltered organic), 1/3 100 proof vodka grain alcohol, and 1/3 distilled water for a good strong yet gentle balancing rinse you can use every day. And don't use commercial soaps, they can contain mercury and other stuff. Try a tea tree oil soap or something similar from your health food store.
