Black splinters coming out of face? What is it? Help

This is a new development.

I should say first I am no longer doing any anti parasite treatments at this time. Im back to using benzoyl peroxide medication, as well as topical Colloidal Silver sprayed on my skin to help with the discomfort.

Ive noticed heavily infected places, where I had been applying the zz cream, after the infection starts to die down, in each of these places I noticed black things the size of pepper or maybe a little bigger, RISING up out of my skin. First I notice them deeply imbedded, then they slowly rise and eventually surface. They look like a splinter coming out of my skin and they hurt. When I rub over my skin I could feel them in there. They are VISIBLE. And NOT blackheads or anything, they are moving THROUGH my skin.

This never happened before using anti-bug creams. Also, the black things appear only after an area has been very infected. I get these huge bright red painful cluster infections, and I had continually been bombing them with the anti mite cream. When the infection started to die down was when I would notice the black things in the skin.

I also have noticed small, flesh colored needle like things in my skin. They remain after a cyst has mostly healed. Its like the skin is still clogged with something hard even after the infection has gone down. Its small, and spiny, and a little bigger than the black things. And it hurts. If I rub my finger over the area, it feels like a needle stabbing me because it moves the spine within my skin. They are difficult to remove if even possible. I had one red mark and I picked the spine out with a sterile needle. It finally came out and the red mark was GONE by the next day. But the red marks that still have the little spines in them remain and dont fade.

Someone suggested I might possibly have Morgellons, which scares the hell out of me. :( But Ive never noticed anything that exactly fits those symptoms, in fact I have no IDEA what the hell this is, because demodex mites and scabies are supposed to be non visible, and whatever this is I keep seeing dark things, very visible, big enough to be noticed through a few layers of skin.

When I have a job again Im planning on trying another internal humaworm cleanse as well as using humaworms new topical anti parasite cream. Im just very wary though, because nothing Ive used has helped me.

zz cream= definately seems to kill bugs, but is the harshest stuff Ive ever used, and killed my face in the process.

benzoyl peroxide= has some medicinal effects and I can acheive some clearing from it, but its far from a good solution. Has side effects. Drying, irritation, ages my skin. Thats definately better than going out looking like a leper, but its no solution.

other topicals provide minimal relief at best. Im taking a break from cleansing right now to give my body some time to build/heal/ and rest...I definately plan to get back into liver flushing, herbs, and parasite cleansing in a few months. Ive done a LOT this past year and while its helped my body SOOOO much, my face is as ravaged as ever. This is combination with seeing these black things make me feel its something ON my face.

So. What the heck is this? What are these black things? Im just soo...not defeated but overwhelmed. I feel Im suffering from something there are no answers for..I want there to be answers. I pray one of you guys has an idea of whats going on here.
