thank you for this post and info just got some neem oil about to do first application after 2 rounds of permethrin cream, coconut oil soaks on my scalp and hair with a shower cap cover for 1 hour (that works =will continue)

acv on skin which gets them to the surface before washing all over with 3percent salycilic soap/shampoo(taking 3 showers a day lately you know the drill!!!)

then will apply neem oil for first time.
