Sorry to hear your struggleing. I've been there with the sleeping pills. I needed more and more to sleep. Your best bet is melatonin. You can get this at wal-mart. It's amazing. Try drinking chamomile tea before gong to bed. Unfortunetly if your depenant on sleeping pills it does take awhile for your body chemistry to go back to normal.
