Your health issues are mostly being caused by the drugs. All the symptoms you relate.
Of course, I believe the parasites are causing the health issues, too. There were parasites in existence before you got on the drugs. They were causing anxiety. Then came the drugs. Both SSRi's and antianxiety drugs cause depression and anxiety. So you can see it is a revolving mess of trouble that only makes you spiral downward.
ALSO, one reason (other than life's depressing happenings) why people get depressed is because they have something wrong with their digestion, maybe, and they are not assimilating the food they are eating. A dirty colon. It is a fact that amino acids are the building blocks of protein. When one is depleted in protein, then how can the neurotransmitters of your brain work right? Your brain uses 25% of all the nutrients you take into your body daily. If the bugs are eating a lot of that, then how can you stay nourished? It is a situation that keeps getting worse and worse if the digestion is bad. Add the drug poisons on top of that and what do you have? A congested liver, dirty colon, dirty blood and lymph that is probably backed up. Cancer? Is that what this is?
The drugs make it easier for your body to be taken over by more parasites, because they destroy your liver and your immune system. Your blood can't get rid of the poisons. Your liver can't do it anymore. the poisons just back up in your system.
I gave reference to a source that will help you that is affordable. Go to the Pain and Stress Center in San Antonio, Texas. They are the experts at getting people off the drugs. I know their protocol, I have done their protocol, but I am not working thru cyberspace to help with this.
These are the people who helped ME. I also had someone at home who could be a support to me while I was going thru all this.
You need to become a patient of theirs. Call them @ 1-800-669-2256 and ask to be connected to the clinic. Their website is :

I have no idea what you are on except you say the SSRI drug. You need to work closely with a professonal at this clinic over the phone. You might be asked to have a blood test so they can determine the replacement nutrients for you to take while you are getting off the drugs. They will put the stuff back into your system that will heal you as you are coming off the drugs. It will shorten the time it takes to do this and will also help with the withdrawal symptoms, SOME. Not a whole lot, tho.
Prepare for a struggle, but I am convinced that it is entirely possible if one wants to live.
Staying on the drugs only will make you go downhill more and more all the time.
IMO, getting off the drugs first is the way to go. I do not know how intense the withdrawal symptoms can get for an individual if they detox too fast. It is dangerous to detox too fast.
With the SSRI, you could be off it in a couple of months and be ready to do this program. I don't know what else you are on. If a benzo, then it will take longer. The benzo has to go first. Do not try to detox off both drugs at once. Only one at a time.
You will get the instructions and help from this clinic I mention, if you so desire.
Good luck.
