Re: My Doctor Wants Me to See a Psychiatrist

Hi mdaman:

You are not alone whose family members are not with you. I and many curezonees are in the same boat. Do not try to prove anything to them. Just say you are trying something that you feel comfortable with. You are lucky that you have not taken any drugs that harm you further. Believe in your self and do exactly what your ND and books tell you. You did get good posts above. You should take chromium regularly. For now it does not matter what you need to fix, adrenals or pancreas, they both are connected. As one poster mentioned about the liver flush, yes, you should do this. Make sure you can stay hungry for half a day. If not you should do Dr. Sutter's protocol for LF. I know you will change your life in just one LF, I did, I know.

Here are more resources.

1. Hypoglycemia - The classic Health care Handbook. By Saunders and Dr. Ross
2. Low Blood Sugar - By Martin. L Budd

(Mr. Plesman posts on Depression forum as well) He takes your emails directly even though he is Australia. He is the one who helped me understand that my daughter has Hypoglycemia.

Let us know how you fair, what workd and what did not.

Good luck.
