Re: Questions for all of you :-)
"1. Can you negatively create with subconscious or unconscious
thoughts?
2. When/why do you experience negative emotion?
3. What happens when you keep beating the drum about something that really
bothers you?
4. What happens when make a decision that the way you feel matters to you?
5. Give me 5 ways you (or anyone) offers/activates vibration."
1. Spirit creates all the time, whether you are aware of it or
not. You as spirit have created everything that has ever happened to you
in this lifetime, both what you call "negative" and
"positive." Many people ascribe spirit to the subconscious, but
it isn't so. By getting in touch with spirit and the direction that it is
here to achieve through the body, we can work in harmony to create what we
desire. So many times what we think we desire and are desperately trying
to create, is not our desire at all.
2. There is no such thing as a negative emotion. There are
emotions. We are here to experience all of them - including hate and
anger. Those who deny they have those and other emotions, deny their
bodies and are not in touch with reality. All bodies produce feces and we
don't judge that. All bodies produce hate as well, and we are here to
release that too. We as spirit are here to be senior to our bodies and our
bodies emotions, but to deny them is to create or add to our dark side.
3. I meditate to get to what characteristic in me is like what
"I'm beating the drum about" as you put it, so I can neutralize what
in me is bugging me. It's a great opportunity to clear out inner
pain. Sometimes that doesn't quell an anger but then much of the time
anger needs time and space to run its course. When you bottle up the
anger, you produce illness, both spiritual and body level illness.
4. If you don't put yourself number one, you will have a very unhappy
life. If you think that is selfish you are listening to the programming we
get from the majority of our society - who are themselves very unhappy. In
your decision making process you do have to consider others too, but there is no
law, rule, ethic, or anything else that says we put others before
ourselves. As a parent, I know that this also means giving consideration
to others in one's life as well.
5. I meditate to active my chakras and energy system and am aware of all of
them as I go about my day.
