plasticat the kind of detail you are asking for I think needs to come from a fasting practitioner not from us lay people. We can only pass on our experiences and knowledge gained from our personal fasts and the research we have done- most of which you can do yourself. Fasting is as much about being your own doctor as anything else, it is about taking responsibility for your own health, finding out as much as we can about how our bodies accomplish that, and doing our best to give them the best environment to do it. We all tend to make our own personal plans to fit into our diverse lifestyles. The advice we give can be specific answers to a question or three by the new (and not so new) to fasting, it can also be more general advice, suggestions or reccommendations on ways of doing things that work best for us. A complete fasting plan such as you ask is not really possible because everyone is different and each individual here would give you a different plan to follow. Only the plan you create for yourself after researching is going to be of any real use to you.
There are fasting doctors/supervisors out there that can take some of that responsibility on for you, if you have the time and/or money to seek them out and consult with them. There is a list here:
