Re: Hey Chris...
Hello plasticat,
An outline for your prospective fast?
Well that depends on your proposed length of fast, but firstly I would say to make sure that you eat good wholesome organic food at least 2 to 4 weeks beforehand, consisting mainly of raw organic produce with raw organic freshly juiced juices for at least 80 to 90% of the time.
Eat only according to hunger/appetite which in many cases can mean skipping breakfast altogether.
Natural organic supplements such as ENIVAS VIBE or Natures Plus Source of Life Liquid

as a way of supp-le-menting good nutrition.
Liquid nutrition is far more concentrated and easily absorbed as a form of nutrition than solid food. Fruit is almost the same as a liquid form of nutrition, as it is mostly water, and pre-digested for the body before it enters the stomach.
Set a date to begin your fast, with mainly organic salads, avocados, nuts. legumes a few days before.
Drink pure water only according to thirst throughout the fast, and rest as much as possible, especially if you experience any crises. If you do.........bed-rest is essential.
If you follow this protocol you are highly unlikely to experience any electrolyte deficiencies, which seems to be in vogue at the moment.
See my other post on electrolytes in the forum.
Be watchful for any developments, and post on the forum for assistance or advice if you need any.
If I am not around (unlikely) Fonty is the best person to ask in my opinion.
Fasting needn't be a complicated matter. It is a physiological rest and should therefore be treated as one.
Let me know if you need any further advice.
Your very welcome.
Regards
Chris
