I've been reading some old posts, did search on electrolytes, and found one where you said to someone, i believe if the body gets low in any nutrients,or words to that effect, hunger will return.
I would like to believe that to, but when your health is on the line, you have to be cautious. I did ask once about adding Seasalt occassionally, and no-one answered that, as that contains all sorts. Would that interfer with a fast??
