Hi Nadia. I'm just interested in what you base your ideal weight on? If you've been eating for 8 days since you broke your fast and not put any weight on I'd say there's a good chance that, unless you've been really undereating, that you are there now. Flesh shouldn't be added for the sake of it, it will only be added back in fat stores if needed, and in muscle mass if that is needed- or stimulated by strength exercises. I think it's probably just as important not to think you should weigh more because of what some chart says your weight should be, any more than you should lose weight for the sake of it. It sounds like you are eating a great diet now high in nutrients and if you needed to put on weight I think you would already have done so.
