tony, I am wondering about your thoughts on how much vitamin D is too much. i probably get about 5,000 IU a day between supplements and food. some sites say that is fine, others have dire warnings about toxicity at that level. what do you think?
lately i have been thinking that toxicity is directly related to how much fat you get. not enough fat and even 1,000 IU a day could be a problem. enough fat and 5,000+ is fine. not sure though.
