I found out a year ago that my body needed protein. Years ago I had done the Adkins diet (and before that Stillman) and always felt better, but did not know why.
Now I use grassfed and finished meat and eliminated grain and reduced fruit. Feeling much better and got my cholesterol down.
Was off UT for a few months doing Iodine and Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and am now back to UT mid morning and mid afternoon. I do drink a lot of water before taking it. Never have a problem with the taste.
