I used to do juice fasting one day a week. I may do a fast with UT maybe one day at a time, once in a while. I don't want to lose any weight doing it. I'm 6' tall and weigh 170.
The Pro-Vita! Plan might be a good way for me to eat again. It's small amounts of low stress proteins with low carb vegetables. According to that, 4 ounces of grass fed beef with a meal is too much, and that makes sense to me.
I've decided to quit or limit grains.
I'm going to do more reading on UT. Any books or websites you recommend?
