I think the reason why they say people that eat lots of meat shouldn't do intensive UT is because they may take in lots of nitrogen waste.
I'm not sure how much UT I should drink. Drinking my morning catch might be a good goal for me to work up to.
Protein with most meals, but not as much for me. Jack Tips ND PhD makes sense about his low stress protein diet. 4 ounces of grass fed beef per meal might be too much. Jack says beef is "high stress" too, and not real easy to digest. I have to say that my digestion does seem to feel better when I eat his way.
I hope I didn't ask you already, but how much of it do you drink daily?
