I bought a huge ebook on eft a few years ago, and i gave up doing it because could not get it to work for me.
It says that you have to feel the emotion, fear, distress, whatever
I find it difficult to work on stuff that i'm not currently experiencing, as i can't feel the emotion just by imagining experiencing it.
Like phobias, i can't connect with the feeling, emotion unless it is happening to me at the time.
