I remember hearing this before, i will give this a try soon. The problem is though I cannot really be too loud with EFT as I live with my family (who are not tappers) and we have very thin walls with the neighbours so i tend to just say the words fairly quietly or under my breath. I'll have to wait till next time everyone is out and give it a try!
