oh hai..didn't know you were a warrior as welll. (:

what do you have during your nightly meal?
it may be more difficult if someone doesn't eat much meat or fats. When trying to eat more carbs I would be pretty hungry the next day.Something about the protein/fats/complex carbs (later on) and it's slow process of digestion is what I think that keeps me energized and not so hungry during the day.Plus the daily intake of fiber really helps things moving along.A little goes a long way,I used to try and double it but I became more backed up then anything..then again,I have the 'secret weapon' for quick natural relief..pineapple smoothies lol.

With quick processing foods like raw veggies, tofu or a bunch of organic foods I would
think that it may be pretty hard to get all your nutrients worth without really gorging yourself but also causing gastric disturbances in the process lol.

I think the less I have ever eaten but also made it through alot was during my early warrior diet days.I was fascinated with the whole raw foods craze and decided to only eat rare/raw meats lightly cooked foods and raw veggies (jus a lil)
but later on became wary of parasites and such, though those days I'd eat a rare steak a day, maybe some eggs and I'd be done for the day.I was still pretty strong, worked and slaved away with my daily duties.I even ate and worked in a similar manner a few summers ago working 10-12 hrs shifts at a fleet vehicle garage, doing detail work, shuttling and later on minor maintenance and oil changes.

Though looking back,I was trying to get by on very little,it worked out but I wouldn't be surprised if I came up malnourished. The good thing in the beginning was that it was inorganic steaks and meats rather then now,but I eat it anyways lol.
