hello, I have just ordered the warior diet book, I am female, I have tried lots of different diets. not for weight loss but to improve my health. the no grain diet, dr mercola diet, zone ect ect. I would like to be mega fit and healthy hence the book. a few questions. Can females use it? will I be hungary like i was on the other diets? if yes will it last or how long will it take for my body to adjust.
