Too bad there wasn't a head-to-head comparison of weight loss success of dieting versus fasting.

I think we all know which would be the clear champion.

How many people are on a "diet" and either don't lose weight or put it right back on and more after the excitement of the diet wears off.

And dieting doesn't have the countless other benefits that fasting has.
