lol what a completely uninformed statement. You're in the wrong place to be posting such ridiculous claims. In fact there is nothing better for weight loss than not eating. Whether the body slows it's metabolism or not (and it doesn't in all cases) the body will still lose weight and more than on any conventional diet. Not only that it is far safer than many conventional diets which are more concerned with restricting intake than making sure that the quality of food given to the body is enough for it to still function well or even properly. Also, once you get past the first few days cravings all but disappear making it a far easier way to shed fat than restricting food which is nearly always a constant battle of wills against the body and mind craving for more intake. And of course the speed of the weight loss on a fast cannot be matched by any conventional weight loss method. Certainly none that would be termed at all safe.
All facts, not to mention that fasting has been successfully used for weight loss by many thousands of people just that we know of through our research. And it is currently working fantastically for me and others who visit here also.
So thanks for your input anonymous person. What you say is utterly wrong though.
