lol yes I have been very obese. Before I started my fasting at the end of August this year I weighed 140 kilos. That photo is much older than that and could be anywhere within 20 kilos of that weight. The last time I weighed myself was early December when I weighed in at 105 kilos. I am fitter than when I started and when the energy is there I have been running for an hour every two days and doing upper body workouts the other days, including ab workouts, pushups and weights, all to exhaustion. My diet between fasts has been mostly raw in the first couple of months and nearly 100% raw in the last month or two at least. If this doesn't qualify me to give 'advice' or suggestions about losing weight to other people wishing to fast then I don't know what does. I dropped a quarter of my obese weight in 3 months and though I haven't weighed myself in the last three weeks or so I'm still getting smaller as evidenced by my now wearing smaller sized clothing again, as well as some I only just fit into comfortably a few weeks ago starting to fit loosely already.
Again you show your ignorance in thinking that a vegan can't get fat. We can overeat the same as anyone can. Do you think all vegans are skinny pale and anemic?
Whatever your weight you don't seem to be qualified to discuss fasting or veganism with any measure of authority. Keep on trying though, it is mildly entertaining.
