Re: Finding a candida doctor

I think I've irritated a few people here by saying previously that some naturopaths think Nystatin causes the candida to mutate so it's harder to get rid of in the future. There's an ongoing dispute about it. I've been prescribed it and have two bottles but even before my naturopath told me this I felt very reluctant to take it without knowing why, instincts perhaps. We shouldn't understimate instincts because they drew me to ginger and stinging nettles before I knew anything about them. I recently started taking the Nystatin on the advice of my mercury free dentist because he wants me to lower the candida but I stopped after several days as I just don't feel right taking it. As I've said before there are plenty of natural antifungals that work so why risk it?

Mine is only one side of the argument so don't take my word for it; do some research in google and make your own mind up.
