Finding a candida doctor

Your symptoms show that candida is entrenched (systemic) within your body. Symptoms showing entrenchment include vaginal yeast infections that aren't cured with Monostat and itchy skin. Systemic candida can be cured, but it takes longer, perhaps up to six months (or more) on Nystatin, Difulcan, or a combination of Nystatin and Difulcan. If you don't have a doctor who is willing to help you longer term with your candida, set out to find one who will. Think of it like you are the one looking to hire someone to help you. You have a certain need. Interview the doctor, explain this need, find out how he or she views candida, and if, at the end of the interview, you're not satisified, move on to other candidates on your list. Doctors visits can be expensive, though, so it helps to start out with a list of good candidates to consider to begin with.
