Yes, they are very few and far between and you're lucky if you find one!

I've performed colonics on Dr. Mercola's patients and they've told me he charges outrageous fees, pushes all sorts of products, and usually has one of his assistant physicians see patients now since he is busy on the lecture and book-signing circuit, working on his website, and giving interviews for publications. They also told me that they were shocked by how little time these physicians spent with them...no different that an allopath, and if they had more than one problem they were told they would have to come back to address it.
