Re: Iodine and constipation edit
no, i have not read his book.
i was listening to a so-called expert researcher into infectious disease on the radio. man, was she all wrong. i cringe every time i hear people trying to avoid biology. that freaks me out. those things are here for a reason. i am one of those who had mumpa dn measles and chicken pox as a kid. i dont think i am that special. i think that these things gain on people and kill and maime them for a reason. it is not a vaccine or
Antibiotic deficiency, i can tell you that.
i believe in getting dirty, sweaty, breathing gulps of fresh air, etc. the problem is the contamination, inside and out. one must create their own ecosystem, and this is impossible for many. there is a balance between getting all the toxins out of the body and immediate environment and making ones surroundings too sterile so that the body never has to work against anything. use it or lose it goes for the immune system as for anything else. this might be a big part of the problem already. a dog can eat and drink things that humans cant. some of that is natural, but some of that is created as well.
i heard of a guy once who ate nothing that wasnt spoiled. he left his food sitting out for days, it had mold and all manner of nastiness on it. that is what he ate. if it wasnt spoiled and moldy, he wouldnt eat it. needless to say, he was apparently healthy.
