When doing the salt loading, or even just taking the Iodine, a reminder (I recently needed one myself) how important the companion supplements are! I found for me, that adding at least a couple of grams of V-C a day if not more is more than helpful..it helped with a lot of the pain associated with some heavier detoxing, and especially helped with my problem colon.
I'm going to start taking it through out the day, a couple grams at a time, a couple times a day. If I get to between 5-10 grams for a while that's ok with me. If I find it's too much (if you were to take that much you'll be certain to know if it's too much pretty quickly) I'll cut back. I'm also upping the % of raw foods, fresh green and fruit juices per day.
Ok, well..onward I march to the beat of Iodine streaming in my body!
