2nd evening of salt loading

Well, I'm into my 2nd glass of salt water and am about ready to do the 3rd. It isn't like the first evening..I'm not peeing but I feel good, and I'm not swollen or feeling like I'm swollen or anything so maybe with not taking the Iodine for the 2 days now, there isn't that much detoxing going on?

Tomorrow I'll be back on the Iodine, starting with maybe 3 drops, and working up and I think I'll go as close to 100 mgs. as I feel comfortable with and staying there for awhile, see how I do on it.

I need to order more Lugols though..my son is taking it also, and he does it all on his own. What's interesting about him is, his mouth is going thru major detox, with a sore that was difficult to get rid of, and his gums and teeth bleeding. One back molar today was hurting him, so we had a look..because he said it felt funny...and he had this huge crusted build up of tartar that I'd never seen before. It was like you would eat bread and a glob just stuck to the top of the tooth and hardened. I had him scrape it off..it was hardened but it must have been softened up by him using the dental pik with water and peroxide, and maybe the Iodine too? So, he scraped it off with a miniture screw drive..don't laugh..we don't have any fancy dental tools around here! He steralized it first. Ok..I do have the book by Dr. Nara and the protocol for taking care of mouth infection and disease. I got it out for him to read. It's called Money by the Mouthful and I think it's by Oremedia actually, but the protocol is by Dr. Nara.

I don't know if I should do the salt loading everday or not along with taking the Iodine. I guess I'll just experiement with that.
