question for prism?

Hi Prism,
I have also been diagnosed with what I assume is a mild case of hypothyroidism, maybe wilson's temperature syndrome. My blood work showed both TSH, T4 and free T4 in normal range, but T3 and free T3 low. I guess my problem is in converting the T4 to T3. I just started the Iodine (1 Iodoral a day) and actually noticed that my body temp has been lower the last few days. Do you know why this is? Also, how long did it take before the Iodine began helping your hypothyroidim and how much did you have to take? Thanks
