thanks so much! I think I'm going to try using goat milk instead of cow's milk. I've always thought yogurt in any form didn't agree with me, but I've also never used it in the absence of any grains whatsoever, so that could have been complicating the picture.
Well, I just had a no-grain lunch - salad with organic greens, and my very first sardines - ever. Not as bad as I thought - edible, but not sure whether smoked food in a can is really healthy. But I'm still hungry...I'm sure I'll be scarfing down a banana - the only fruit in the house at the moment - within an hour or two :) !
