I agree, that todays kefir and yogurt in the stores are not what they used to be. I used to make my own yogurt before I stopped eating dairy and let it ferment for a long time.
I think I may re-introduce some feta cheese (I love the flavor it adds to many things) and occasional mild imported fresh cheese such as mozzarella or so. I dont think I wanna start making my own yogurt again :)
