Have you tried using a Netti Pot?

number one, i assume you have been seen by a traditional medical doctor and that you are now just looking for alternative medicine to compliment her/his treatment plan for you.

[please note: i am not a physician so take my advice for what it's worth which is absolutely nothing until you cross-check my suggestions with a health care professional/a medical doctor. should any irritation result from any of these treatments,stop using them and contact a physician immediately!]

1- try a netti pot*... try a garlic rinse (make sure all of your rinses are at room temperature before using them!) steep a clove of garlic in your pot for a few minutes and then use. the best locale for using your pot is in the shower since it can get quite messy. rinse your nasal cavity out 1-2 times daily. continue your rinses until your sinuses open up and the problem is eliminated. other rinses to try*:

-clarkia* (i strongly suggest that you visit this website and familiarize
yourself with this product before using it. start off with less than a tsp.
if need be.)

-fresh lemon juice (1 medium sized lemon per rinse)

-goldenseal extract*(start off with less than a tsp...prolonged use not
recommended...more than a week)


STRAIGHT DOSING:
2- Black-Walnut hull extract* - this will hurt like hell, but, it is very effective in arresting the colonization of worms in your nasal passageways/bone structures. brace yourself and unscrew the droplet cap of the extract. tilt your head back and squeeze one drop of bwhe into one nostril. get over the zap of this and do the same for the other nostril,when you can. do not inhale while dosing with the extract! work up to doing this twice a day. it gets easier to bear the more you do it and it is highly effective in eradicating worms from your sinus cavities. follow the instructions for bwhe use* when your infection subsides you may want to dillute the strength of the extract and dose occasionally to maintain clear passageways.


3- if you are inhaling pinworm eggs, and that is what i assume this is, you need to make a concerted effort to clean up your surroundings! whenever you dust or whenever you launder your clothing(especially your panties/underwear, wash cloths, towels, sheets, and bottoms),you need to wear a filter over your nose and mouth...a bandana will do, as well, provided that it's clean. there are plenty of sites on the web that give you the protocol for handling a pinworm infection. check them out if you haven't already.

if i remember to do it, i will also post some links in this forum to some of those sites.

and cheer up! remember that the life cycle of pinworms is about 4-6 weeks and if you stay on top of them and continually flush them out from where they are trying to set up house, they won't have a chance to do anything but fight to hold on and soon they will just die off without having had a chance to procreate.
