Re: Feeling of Sadness
Feeling sad for no apparent reason is usually caused by an underlying biochemical imbalance affecting the production of serotonin. It is a mistake to believe that this can be treated by drugs because drugs only mask the symptoms of
Depression leaving the biological abnormality to fester on and make things worse for most people. It is also a mistake to believe that the problem can overcome by logical arguments as in talk therapy. It is not a psychological disorder, but one of the body, that happens to affect the way the mind works!
Once you understand that the feel good neurotransmitters are produced in the body from nutritional forerunners - like tryptophan and the various vitamins and minerals - it is easy to understand that mood disorders are usually the result of a Nutritional Disorder.
