  I've been drinking my urine almost every day for years now and it seems to have helped my gut health immensely. However, I have noticed some weird side effects and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced the same. When I drink my morning urine after a couple days my heart will occasionally "jump", "flip" or "drop". I feel so much better when I drink my morning urine over any other time of the day, but I don't do it much because of this symptom and drink my second urine instead. If I don't drink my morning urine and drink the second, I don't pee much at all throughout the day after I eat. I believe I hydrate enough and my urine is light yellow, but the only thing that seems to get me to go is urine, so unless I keep drinking it throughout the day I don't go much. That is until I go to bed. I often wake up in the middle of the night and pee a lot! I don't think there is anything wrong with me, I generally feel fine. I wonder if my bladder is absorbing it throughout the day, since it is a lot cleaner than it used to be. Has anyone else experienced this?

  All raw foods have absorption inhibitors and urine is no exception. Urine is loaded with nutrients, but their absorption is largely blocked unless you pre-treat the urine properly. Absorption inhibitors are gotten rid of by heat, but you don't want to use too much or you'll destroy the very nutrients you're trying to receive.
  
  The way I do it is, I put the urine I want to drink or bathe in, in a dish and put it on a hot plate (or stove)at temperature. Then I start stirring it with my fingers (always touching the bottom of the dish) until the surface of the dish starts getting hot. I remove it from the heating surface and keep stirring until I think the urine is 110 degrees (nice and warm, but not quite hot, test it with your wrist). Then I either pour it into a glass (to drink) or bathe from the dish.
  
  I've been bathing in and drinking my urine for over 3yrs with terrific results and don't see myself ever quitting. I'm 70 and do a 12hr full-body, Multi-directional, Variable-resistance weightlifting routine that takes me three days to complete, working every other day. On the days in between, I do dead tree work, cutting down dead trees, chopping them into manageable pieces, digging out the stumps (all with non-powered hand tools, ax, saw, shovel, and rake). Then I drag everything across 2 acres in a hand-pulled cart where I store it.
  
  The reason I mention all that is, I believe drinking and bathing in your own urine helps support an active lifestyle. My lifestyle is the performance standard by which I judge everything I consume.

  u know i was thinking to wet a small piece of material with urine and place it on the gums and let it there overnight to stimulate healing and regenerate teeth.. but wont the acids in urine break down, melt the teeth?

  Day 4 or 5 of UT and gallon of distilled water daily
  
  I filled my neti pot with piss and ran it through my nose. Had no issue with the smell and it ran through my nose easier than water did.
  
  Im skeptic about UTs ability to remove moles but i definitely am trying it cuz i have tons. Idk if it can remove freckles cuz i had lots.
  
  When I was 6 i has Kidney cancer and it really destroyed my body. Their strategy was to reduce my white blood cell count to zero, then restore it again. It was hell. I had my kidney removed. Six months later cancer relapsed in my lung. They made a couple big incisions and operated on my lung and shoved a big tube in to suck out cancer mass. Also I had a bone marrow transplant and it was stinky as hell and agonizing pain. Now im 25 but I experience really unexplainable little pains in my body a lot. As well as extreme fatigue and joint aches and pains and back pain. I dont have the greatest posture, my shoulders curve forward a little and i slightly hunch my back.
  
  I wouldnt be surprised if a lot of that cancerous cells lingers in my body just not enough to be considered tumor size. Im hoping this UT will help purify my body. As well i ate anything i wanted growing up and wouldnt be surprised if my arteries are trashed.
  
  so far ive just had diahrea, a different mental state, but more energy. Other issues I hope for UT to help involve my mental state. Im depressed, I anger easily to the point of being irrational, Im very quiet and have low confidence. I always feel guilty or like im being aggressive if i state an opinion other than what the person im talking to is having. Conflict in conversation is scary to me and i just try to get along.
  
  Oddly enough, even though I smoke cigarettes, drink energy drinks, and eat pizza frequently, my urine tastes pretty alright. It’s not a strong smell or taste.

  So it's not like this idea ever grossed me out. I just assumed since mycotoxins are found in urine, it's a bad idea to injest them.
  
  After doing some more research, it turns out that by reintroducing the toxins, your body may develop more antibodies towards them.
  
  Since I have been going downhill recently, I had nothing to lose. I first tried a little (midstream) with water. I could've sworn I felt a little energized.
  
  About an hour later I took a shot straight up. WHOA. I immediate felt...high? A good high! I'm still in shock at how it rejuvenated me. And no joke, my lower back/glute which has been constantly killing me feels better.
  
  I'll try to give an update soon. Until I have negative side effects, you can bet I will be doing this daily.

    Often times, when I'm depressed by what's happening in my life. The moment I go into the shower and put the urine up my sinuses (I have a perpetual sinus infection due to an accident that cracked most of my teeth) So daily, I rinse my sinuses, eyes, rub it onto my body and hair, (it brings your natural hair color back) I become more uplifted and positive. In fact, I'm depressed by my car not passing smog yesterday and woke up with, "Now, what am I gonna do?" Then I get this notice and immediately after writing this message, I'm going to give myself a urine therapy. Thanks for the reminder.

      Unfortunately, I had the worst panic attack last night before falling asleep. When I say worst, I mean I literally thought I was going to have a heart attack and die.
      Though, it may have been a healing crisis because it caused massive diarrhea, and then I was ok.
      
      I made the mistake of trying two other therapies yesterday, so now I'm unsure what caused it. Tried the Rife machine at a friend's house very early in the day, but I also soaked a cotton pad in Lugol's, and inserted it vaginally to try to heal a possible fibroid or cysts.
      
      I personally think it was the Lugol's. I guess I forgot how the product can easily get absorbed systematically. I would never take orally the amount I put on the pad.
      
      The Rife was very powerful, but if I were to react, I feel it should've happened earlier.
      
      And as for the urine, I'm still gonna drink it, just not as much, and earlier in the day as a precaution!

        I never tried the other therapies, so I can't comment. But I know Urine therapy really helps. Another thing that helps tension and panic is blocking the EMF around you. I found out about it from someone trying to sell me an EMF sheet. I placed it on my bed and created an outside ground by connecting the sheet to 8 ins of copper tubing with 16 gauge wire dropped down 2 flights from the 2nd-floor balcony and hammered into a plot of earth in the patio directly below. I'm a night owler and usually go to bed later than my husband. If I would attempt to give my husband a hug while he was sleeping, he would always violently grab the blankets and turn his back to me, so normally don't try to hug him. This time, I must have felt the good vibes from the grounding sheet and snuggled up to give him a hug fully expecting him to turn away, but instead, he turned to me and started to coo sweet nothings. EMF can cause stress and panic, especially in an apartment building with everyone around you using cell phones, computers, lights, appliances sending EMI everywhere. There are lots of sights selling EMF blocking devices. or showing how to make tools to block them.

          Wow, that is an awesome story. I will definitely look into purchasing a device. I forgot if I mentioned it, but yes, I do live in an apartment, and my downstairs neighbors ALWAYS have the tv on. It definitely stresses me out.

    I can't say that you can't poison yourself with urine, but I've been drinking my urine off and on for 30 years and am still alive. I've used it to gargle cracked teeth to keep infections all over my mouth at bay. I've used it on rashes and it would heal them almost instantly. I also use it to heal a chronic sinus infection. The infection keeps coming back due to cracked teeth caused by a severe accident on an Olympic sized trampoline with someone twice my weight. He was so happy that day that he decided to be a monkey, I don't know what kind of ego I have, but I decided that I could handle anything he threw at me and chose to be a stork on one leg. When he saw me bouncing on one leg, he took the challenge and bounced as hard as he could. The moment I came down on that bounce, I realized that I wouldn't be able to control the bounce and instead of going straight up on his bounce, I went sideways right into the steel part of the trampoline, causing me to torque my shoulders, neck, and jaw. Within a few weeks, my teeth started to have problems and now, I have cracked teeth and infections all over my mouth that goes into my sinus and ears. though it's a terrible situation, I'm able to control the infections by gargling and rinsing with urine. Like I said, I wouldn't be able to guarantee that urine couldn't poison you, but if you do enough research, you'll see that it's actually sterile when it comes out of your body and just before it is filtered into urine, it's actually blood. If it is toxic, you'd already be poisoned while it is blood in your system, but it's a decision you have to make. Do more research and then you decide. Good luck to you.

  Help for Men with slow and/or stubborn starting urination!! Maybe this is common knowledge, but I doubt it. Two of us have discovered it, and talked about it - many more may have discovered it but felt shy about telling others.

     Here it is:  Ok, we are standing up and trying to pee, into whatever. The urgency is there, but no flow, a few drops maybe. Fits and starts. What gets it going is, with one or two fingertips, I press in, gently, on the underside of my penis at about the height of the top of the scrotum, just a little lower perhaps. Think of creating a bit of back pressure when squeezing a hose. It is not an analogy, that is what is happening here.

   

   "underside of penis" is, of course, where the hose with the urine is. The only hose of the penis. underside. You can feel the stream of warm urine on those fingertip[s] once you get it going.

    The theory is it helps to have 'just a little bit of back pressure' - but it also helps START a stubborn urination. Must be more to it then?

   How weird would it be to start a conversation with "To get a good stream going I just press gently on the underside of my penis at the top of the scrotum". 

    Try it on the public bus someday... - to another guy - I cannot stress how important this is, at least at first, until the idea gets out there.

   

  okay, that being said I AM NOT A DOCTOR - do we still bother saying that? Is there anyone silly enough to take forum topics as medical facts out there?

   

  AND - this probably only works for mild conditions, certain conditions... on some men. Maybe women can adapt something similar - they have a uriter [sp?] too, so I hear. Va-gg is scary. lol kidding.

  AND pressin just a bit, this is not something that should hurt at all, do not press in to the the point of pain, it would squeeze off the flow anynow, so no don't k? - gently, okay!!

  I have been experimenting with UT for the past few weeks. When I first tried drinking only 1-2 ounces with juice I became dizzy. The first day, hardy noticeable, by the third day, with only 1 ounce, it was Very noticeable. I was also rubbing in on my hands and wrapping a swollen finger in it. It would make the swelling go away. So I tried a couple of foot baths. OMG, within minutes of putting my feet in the bath I had a sense of well-being come over me. It was incredibly soothing. The problem was, both times I did not sleep well that night. The second time, I did the foot bath later in the evening, woke up in the middle of the night and was up for hours, recalling in detail experiences that had happened decades ago. I actually was sick the next day, not sure if it was the flu or the UT. So I stopped for several days. Today, I felt great so I tried rubbing it on my hands, and again I felt noticeable dizzy. Has anyone else had these symptoms? I need to sleep at night, so am fearful of trying another foot bath, and am not comfortable with dizziness. Please let me know if anyone has words of wisdom.
