    Hi guys, I'm a newbie here in this forum but I've been exploring this site since last year and I would just like to thank everyone for all of their postings. Because of these I've found Dr. Rino Lorenzo and I'm very happy with my result. Today is my 6th month of post op and my nose is still swollen especially at the tip but I'm already satisfied with it as I know it will get better and better as the weeks go on. Hi!

I am new to this forum, by the way....

I have several affirmations I have been saying every day for the past 6 months. One of which, was in response to my sometimes a bit uncomfortable-due-to-lack-of-firmness boobs.

I have said, out loud (and really meant it!) 'I have ALWAYS had full, firm breasts, for as long as I can remember, I have ALWAYS had full, firm breasts' and I would imagine them being so.

Well, I cannot stress enough. This worked. They ached for a different reason, they got fuller and firmer after a few weeks!! I have no reason to tell you this and nothing to gain but to share what has happened and why. At first I didn't entirely believe it would happen, but I started to have a bit of faith in what I was saying. I don't particularly want to upload a before and after photo :) but I can tell you it's true.

Give it a go!

I would just suggest to make sure you research the subject. What makes a plastic surgeon one of the best? First and foremost their training and education, and then experience. It takes time to reduce the overall body burden of fat, but surgery exposes the body to the materials it was otherwise storing in the tissue deposits, and to the burden of healing the cut tissues.
      
      It sounds like way too much estrogen production, too. Iodine and heavier amounts of vitamin A help drop that problem. Is there heavy periods involved?

I was in awe with some of my friends who have undergone breast augmentation that I actually went through with my own BA in Manila. I was lucky my surgeon Dr Rino Lorenzo was helpful and gave me all the support since day 1 of my post op. After it all healed, my confidence just soared! I was happy every time I get dressed, even if its just to put on pjs around the house. So just go for it and wish you good luck.

I'm curious to try one of the so called herbal remedies for small breasts. I would never have cosmetic surgery. Has anyone tried them? I would like to hear a 'real' testimony - not something on the website of the product!! There's one brand which claims to only have 4 ingredients - Fenugreek, Fennel, Wild Yam and Saw Palmetto. Does anyone know about side effects of these herbs or any other info.

  I would be really careful with this, since those herbs that make your breasts larger do so because they are affecting your hormone levels. You should read Dr. John Lee's book "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Pre-Menopause." to learn more about estrogen/progersterone ratios and how imbalances in hormones can wreak all kinds of havoc and make you more susceptible to certain diseases. There is nothing wrong with small breasts, either. I have 'em, and it's discouraging that we live in a culture that has attached so much importance to something so ridiculous that women will make themselves crazy feeling inadequate and spend all kinds of money on products and dangerous procedures... don't buy into it.

  There is no evidence that herbs can cause cancer or other ailments when taken in moderate amounts. Some of the herbs have been used for thousands of years! It is synthetic hormones what cause cancer (such as in HRT and birth control pills). You can do your own research and should make an informed decision. I am happy I did, I'm currently trying to grow to 38DD but my growth has slowed down. It can take several months to years to grow larger breasts, but you need to balance your body's hormones first. This is one of the causes of underdeveloped breasts.

    That's true. But the question that you should think out first of all is what's the ideal hormone balance for you.
    Sure, more female hormones and/or less male hormones is likely to give you bigger breasts. Small breasts usually indicate either a low levels of estrogen or high levels of testosterone. Herbal products can certainly alter your hormonal levels. But changing your hormone balance is also likely to alter your mental outlook on things, so bigger breasts don't necessarily lead to more confidence. Conversely, women who take testosterone (or herbal products which stimulate production of it)for more confidence don't always appreciate the smaller breasts and the facial hair growth that very often accompanies the increased assertiveness that they took the drug to gain.
    There's a lot to be said for accepting and enjoying whatever breasts you have.

  a)the actual mechanical action of suckling
  b)the emptying of the ducts during the nursing of an infant.
  
  So when the nipple is suckled, this sends the feedback to prepare the ducts for further milk preparation, so they enlarge in preparation, resulting in a slight breast enlargement. This was in my human physiology lecture about 10 years ago.
  
  Boyfriend and I tried this out, boy did it work. 5 min of suckling of each breast 3-4 times a week resulted in half a cup increase. I'm a 34B/C. Taper off the suckling, the ducts go back to normal size and breast reduces back to prior size.
  
  No herbs, no drugs, no surgery.
