If you sister wants to increase fullness of her breast, then I suggest you consult a surgeon best suited to fix the problem. I had breast enhancement late last year and I can definitely say that it was worth it. Frankly, it was not as painful as I thought it would be especially the first few months. I'm glad that my surgeon Dr Rino Lorenzo was able to advice to me regarding the best way to do it based on what I told him on the result i wanted .
