Hi Canadabust. I think it all depends on each and every individual which one will work better. Personally, I choose breast implants. I had my breast implant done in Manila last February by Dr Rino Lorenzo and so far so good. After 2 to 3 months - everything is perfect! Now I'm used to the size, the odd feelings have gone away, and I really love my new self.
